Body: I went to Lowe's to get another bottle only to find out that they no longer have it. A guy in the Lowe's flooring department said that Lowe's wanted heavier discounts which would have forced Finazzle to lower the quality of the product. Finazzle declined to do so. Shortly thereafter, Finazzle was off the shelves and Lowe's now sells some other stuff... which by the way, doesn't work. Thankfully, I was able to order on-line. I got it the next day and the product is better than ever. This is a good little American company and it's good to see this kind of integrity out there. Glad they stuck to their guns and stood up for their customers. |

As for performance, the grout cleaner was fair; it whitened a couple of spots temporarily, but 3 days later, even those spots, were dark again. Shipping was free. The enzyme-based and anionic laundry stain removers took ALL of the blood and dirt out of my sons new white golf shirt. (He used it to wipe off blood and dirt when he fell and skidded on the asphalt drive after practice.) I will continue to use their products.

At first I thought this wasnt going to work either. I got distracted and left the bathroom for quite a while. When I came back the grout was white!
Some of it dripped into my tub, whose bottom I could never get clean, and when I wiped off the drips the underneath was clean!

Body: This is the BEST product Ive ever used for cleaning white grout. When my order arrived I immediately sprayed it on a strip of grout, waited the five minutes, worked it in with a nylon brush and then wiped it off with a damp sponge. I was shocked! It looked like Id painted it white!! The tan stain from dirty mop water and spilled coffee was GONE! My kitchen tile looks brand new again. I gave a partial bottle to a friend so she could try it on her bathroom tile, and now shes going to be placing an order.
Our local Lowes didnt have any in stock when I called and I didnt want to wait for them to get more in, so I was really glad that I could order it on line! I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived the following Monday. Great service!!!

Body: OK.. I was given some by a friend and ordered it online. GREAT stuff. Like any cleaner read the caution. I ran out of the grout cleaner while spraying it and added bleach,,which created chlorine gas by the combination of the acid contained in Finazzle. My mistake. Works better than anything I can find on grout. White again! Also ordered several other products from them.
Absolutely the best cleaners around. Several friends are now spreading the word. Great small company. |

Body: At first I was very upset that I couldnt get this at the store anymore. I dont like putting my credit card into the comuter either-especially when I cant get a human on the phone up there. Glad I got over it. I ordered the 10 pack and got what would have cost me about $80 at depot, for about 20 bucks. And I got it the next day. I would consider this company to be quite rare in todays market. |

Body: This product actually performs like it says it does !
There are a couple of minor setbacks like when you get halfway through the bottle they become very difficult to spray . I know this to be fact not just from using one bottle but from using dozens of bottles . The second issue is that the floor becomes extremely slippery and you really have to wash it a few times before it becomes safe to walk on . Lastly , it would be nice if the company included a small grout cleaning brush ( .79 cents ) with every order . You should buy a case to do a large home that has tile throughout because you will find yourself giving away a botlle or two to friends because its so good . |

Mart. I looked at WalMart, Publix Grocery, and Lowes Home Improvement
for it and was unable to find it. It would be more convenient if I
could find it locally and not have to order it online. I would think it
